"Really nice quality overall"
I was happy with the quality right away, it feels solid and well made. My only small complaint is that I wish it had a slightly more polished finish in a couple spots. Still, for the most part, it feels sturdy enough and I’m pleased with it

"Looks like the photos, but double-check the details"
The chair looked pretty much exactly like I expected from the pictures. The colors and stitching were right, and there weren’t any weird surprises when it arrived. I’d just say, if you’re picky about the design, make sure you really zoom in on the photos before ordering so you know what you’re getting.

"I had to return an item recently..."
I had to return an item recently, and overall it was a easy process. It took maybe a few minutes to get everything started, and I think the refund showed up after about a week or so. Nothing felt overly complicated, and the instructions were clear enough. I always appreciate when a return doesn’t turn into a whole hassle, and this one was smooth

"Arrived sooner than I thought"
I was keeping an eye on the tracking just to be safe, but it actually showed up quicker than expected. Delivery was smooth, on time, and I didn’t run into any issues

My gut feeling after ordering was that I got a fair deal. The prices seemed reasonable, and the quality was a bit better than I expected for what I paid. It’s nothing super fancy, but it does the job and feels worth the money. I’d probably use STIL Classics again if I needed something similar...

"Pretty nice, but it’s not perfect"
The leather feels really nice and it looks good overall, but the stitching is a bit uneven in spots. It doesn’t totally ruin it for me, though.

"Good order, though the box was a little bent"
Overall, I’d say the packaging was decent. The outer box did have a few dents, which made me a little unsure at first, but the item inside was totally fine. So, it wasn’t really a big issue for me

"Comfy and surprisingly stress-free"
I ordered from stilclassics.com and it was easy to find what I needed. I usually feel kind of trapped when a site is clunky or hard to navigate, especially on my phone, but this one worked fine. The item itself is comfy too, with no weird fit issues, so I’m happy with it.

"Reply was kinda slow"
They did get back to me, but it took a bit longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, just wish the response was a little quicker tbh
